WFW - 2 Chronicles 20:15,17

Wednesday, April 7, 2010

I've been going through something and the battle is far from over, but this was God's message to me yesterday. I'm trusting the Lord with my concerns even if I don't feel like it. I have to make an effort to snap out of anxieties and bask in God's peace for He said the battle is not mine but His.

Dear Lord, I know you can see everything, even what's inside my heart.  You know what I'm going through now and when to give deliverance.  I know you are in charge and there's really no reason for me to have anxiety attacks.  Lord, I surrender these things to you.  Thank you for your assurance that You're fighting my battles and I need only to be still.   Help me God.  In Jesus' name I pray, amen.

Hop on to Penny's for more WFW entries. God bless!!!

Sweet Pia,

My heart prayers are with you dear one. I have been in that place filled with anxiety attacks...one after another. I am praying your prayer with you along with my own that you will be freed from this. Take rest in Him for He surely knows every single detail of your life and feels your pain. Trust in Him completely.

Oh how I feel where you are. I will continue to pray fervently for you precious one.

Love you & Big Hugs,
Alleluiabelle

Yes, the battle is the Lord's and we can only surrender all our anxieties on Him for He will attain the victory for us. In the meantime, try to compose yourself and just let go of everything. This too shall pass. Thanks for the post. God bless you always.

I, too, have been through some major trials and tribulation and have dealt with anxiousness and anxiety from time to time. It is SO hard to 'let go and let God'. It's hard to take our burdens to God's throne and lay them at His feet. It's even harder to leave them there once you've finally done so! We always want to 'help' Him. LOL! What we have to realize AND remember is that He doesn't need our help. He just needs us to surrender and be patient. Two VERY DIFFICULT things to do sometimes! God's timing is so very different from ours and it is often very hard to understand and accept.

Thanks so much for sharing this with us. It takes a lot of courage to admit you are struggling and dealing with anxiety. I will pray that your hardship is over soon and that things get better for you quickly.

I hope the rest of your week is wonderfully blessed.

Because of Him~

Blessings sweet Pia... do not be afraid Pia, do not be discouraged Pia by this attack for the battle is not yours but God's! I'll stand with you in prayer... I too have been there and you will overcome! Great Word to overcome and guard your heart and mind! (I wrote a comment last night but then lost connection...). This too shall pass, hold on, get support and stay connected to believers. Jesus won the victory and He's risen and alive! Hallelujah! AMEN to your prayer...stay strong! May His peace surround you and cover you & strengthen you.
Peace ~ peggy
