Thankful Thursday

Thursday, July 3, 2008

Lord, thank you for being faithful even when I'm not. Thank you for your love even when I'm unlovable. Thank you for your patience even when I'm impatient. Thank you for your strength when I'm weak. Thank you for your understanding when I don't understand. Thank you for your Word that I can hold on to when things around me go south. Thank you, Lord, that you are in control of my life.
In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will," Ephesians 1:11

Pia,

Your TT post was fabulous! I went back and read your last few posts. I'm sorry you've had this time of trials. It's not easy to go through extended periods of heartache. Maybe God is preparing you for something BIG. There may be someone that comes to your blog that has been or is going through similar things as you, look what a blessing and ministry you have in your blog.

Pia, I see a beautiful woman who God shines through. I see you are consistently wanting to be thankful; to do whatever you can to be pleasing to God.

I know my words probably don't help. But I can certainly stand along side you and pray for God to end this season of hardship. I can pray believing God will give you the desires of your heart.

Your blog, as well as you bless me!

I pray God blesses you with all the desires of your heart.

Love,
Cheryl

Pia---I think you have said it all in a nutshell! EVERYTHING...He loves us and is faithful to care for us...EVEN when we are not.
You are a blessing!
