Rewards & Promises

Monday, December 19, 2005
Thank y'all for your sweet greetings.

To everyone who's away from their loved one, take this encouraging thoughts to heart and may peace reign as we all wait for THE day.

Time ticks away,
Another day passed,
Near comes the day
when you're together at last.

God is providing
At work is His Hand
He is leading and guiding
till together you stand.

Knowing God's Promise
Being steadfast in faith
There is nothing but bliss
Rewarding your wait!

God's promises are sure and they never fail. That is what this season is all about; the celebration of God's gift to all mankind.

This is so encouraging and wonderful. My mother is overseas and I don't have any family this year to celebrate Christmas with, but God's always with us.

Merry Christmas to you =)

We are never separated when our hearts are joined inside the One who fills the whole Universe...until we meet face to face...we embrace in Him.

His promises are true!

I was just hearing on the Christian radio from wives whose husbands are far away in the Middle East. It was so hard to hear the pain in their voices without having tears come to my eyes.

God bless you, Pia.

Hi there! Lovely poem, I like how it spoke of God, and how He is preparing things while we are waiting. From God's perspective, He has reasons for doing things the way He is choosing. From Dan 4:35: "No one can hold back His hand...." He does what He wants (Ps 115:3). But we know that He is good, and He is for us. Since He is for us, who can be against us? Let's try to see God's perspective in our waiting. What would You have us to see and learn, Lord?
