The reason why we will weep and mourn while the world rejoices is because their joy is different from the joy that we desire. Our griefs will turn to joy when we finally meet our Saviour and Creator :) What a great promise :)

What a great promise. No matter what grief we may bear, we know that in the end (whether here on earth or in heaven) we will know pure joy.

Hi, Pia. That verse is so true, and I'm counting on that promise in my life, too.
Thanks for the reminder.

Lovely......may your grief always been turned into Joy. There will be grief in our life....but there is always God and His grace...and Joy.

"turn to joy" ... oh what a promise! No matter what we go through here on this earth, Eternity brings the Savior and all Who He is. And He is Joy!
May your day be joy-filled, Pia.

Yes, as the world rejoices in their mundane and transitory happiness, the children of God groan from the persecutions and trials loaded on our shoulders. But our griefs will be short and fleeting for when the Lord comes, He will turn them all to pure joy. Thanks for the inspired post. God bless you always.
