Zzzzzz...

I noticed recently that I'm always sleepy.  I work just like I used to.  I sleep eight hours a day and even longer on weekends.  I feel sleepy while working and it's just three in the afternoon.  Then around eight in the evening, I wanted to go to bed already.  My neighbor told me just now that she feels the same way and is also wondering why.

Hmm... Could it be because of age?

By the way, it's my brother's birthday today.  Happy Birthday, Chet!

It could be age, maybe? but my moms 50 plus and she has plenty of energy. It could be your iron low?

Don't guess go to the doctor and have a physical. It can be a hundred things and no one likes feeling like that.
Good reason to get checked out.

It might be your thyroid. Hope you find out what's making you tired.

Sweety, I do not think it has anything to do with your age. But, you might want to go get a physical, to find out what is wrong. Stress can cause this too. Happy Birthday to your brother. I love you.

drea: i don't feel any different though. in fact i feel like i haven't aged. hmm... i'm taking iron supplement everyday.

karen: you're right. i'm scheduled to have my annual physical exam this february. will definitely ask questions.

shelley: shucks, i hope not.

denise: yeah, it could be stress too. oh well, will get a physical soon anyway. will find out what's causing this excessive sleepiness.

Hey Pia you're still so young! Unlikely your tiredness is due to age.

Are you stressed? Do you take antioxidant and B Vitamin? They help me a lot in terms of energy. xxx

I was thinking get your iron levels checked. Add more iron rich foods in your diet. Has your diet changed at all? Drink more water. You may also want to get your thyroid checked if you have noticed other changes as well (weight, hair loss, aching muscles)... Stress can cause you to be tired as well. TAKE CARE OF YOU!
