I agree with you in prayer - may His name be glorified in everything that you and your husband do!! That His name be honored! That we would be in service to Him and Him alone, and not in our own power but abiding in and under His windg and in the strength and might of His power. Pia, remember last year when you put up the Christmas tree and I put up my things in a display of our prayer for what we wanted and our faith that our God could provide? May God grant us WISDOM, how He would have us to proceed in these days. After that "ordeal," with me, I was/am still a bit, confused over WHO HE IS, but desiring to walk closer and hear better, so that I wouldn't waste my time praying for things and yearning for the things that are not completely in accord with what HE wants to do in my life at this time. Lord, help Pia and I to hear Your voice and lay OUR desires on the table. Lord, take over our desires and make them into your desires. Pia, I think that will be less heartache. However, did I ever tell you that for almost 20 years I prayed for the salvation of my husband? The Lord "told" me that He was going to be saved, and I kept praying like it wasn't already determined that it was going to occur. My prayers could have been more on-target, but they were still important. Thank you for listening. Hope you don't mind!
