Forgive Me

Monday, January 9, 2006
I haven't been myself lately. And after staring at my monitor for 10 minutes, this is the only sensible thing I could write. I've been visiting some blogs but I couldn't concentrate long enough to finish what I was reading. I'd stop in the middle and wonder what I've just read. I couldn't remember. There's so many things in my mind these days. Forgive me if I haven't been as active in blogging as I used to. I know this is just a phase I'm going through like maybe some of you had already experienced. My concentration falls short and I'm lost for words again.

I think I found the best word to describe exactly how I feel right this very moment. Drained.

I'm taking a break. Just a short one. I'll be back soon.

Rest in the Lord. Rest. He shall lift you up at the proper time. He shall mount you up with wings in due time and you shall then walk and not be weary and you shall then run and not grow faint. Let the defenses go, and trying to do things (as we all do naturally) for yourself. Just rest in Him. He will carry you. He is your strength and your Redeemer and your very present help in times of trouble, my dear friend. He knows best and is working it out in your life. Don't be afraid, just believe, trust and obey.

Pia, I completely understand. There's no need to apologize. We all need a break every once in a while. And you have a lot going on, so we wouldn't expect you to be able to focus on everything everyone has posted lately. Don't get discouraged. We are praying for you! Take as long as you need to refresh your soul in God's love and care.

Sometimes you need to take a break from things in order to regain that energy back. God has given us a period of rest for that reason. He knows that we cannot constantly be on the go, because we get drained; when we get drained we can't concentrate and do as good a job as need be.

Take however long it takes to regain your energy and drive. We will be here when you come back and don't forget Jesus is with you throughout this 'down' period. God bless!

Take care of yourself, Pia. We all have "real lives" outside cyberspace and I believe that should take precedence over the 'net. "Be still and know He is God." *hugs*

I had to take a few days off myself. Hang in there sister. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

We all need time out on occasion. May you know the Lord's presence and His peace. I look forward to seeing you again, when you are ready. May the Lord hold you in His arms.

We all love you and care about you! Thank you so much for your cards and kind words. You shower out so much encouragement to others Pia; now it's time for you to be "the taker".

Pia, I'm sorry you are feeling so drained. You have so much going on in your life. Take joy, God is growing you through your trials.

Allow others around you (physical or cyber) to encourage and lift you up.

Lifting you in prayer!

Drained and probably stressed. Concentration escapes me too when I'm stressed. God bless you with His peace and reassurance of His Love.

Pausing to pray for you.

Don't feel at all guilty about taking a rest. You have been such a minister to me and so let some of us minister to you. I hope your mom is doing better.

Father,

Give Pia rest and peace. Wrap her in your loving arms and give her what she needs. I pray that she will be reunited with her man soon. Thank you for the blessing she is to me. Grant her favor Lord. In Jesus name I pray, amen.

Love and hugs Sis. I'm here if you need to chat, just email me.

God bless you and Jec, girl!
Try not to loose hope, even though it seems like everything is working against you, know God is working for you. What, how, when...in His time, but all will be for the best. He wants for you to be happy!

We love you girl. Many, many hugs.

God's Grace.

You are teaching us what it means to wait and be still. Quite an example, my friend. God is watching over you. Don't lose faith...don't.

Psalm 68:19 "Praise to the Lord, to God our Saviour, who daily bears our burdens." Pia, just leave them to God. Love you!

Psalm 12:5 "Because of the devastation of the afflicted, because of the groaning of the needy, Now I will arise," says the LORD; "I will set him in the safety for which he longs."

Lord, we cling to You and to Your promises.
